Thank you for shopping with Vanilla Treasures. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched the next day after the order is placed.

Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following day and dispatched the day after.

Please note:

  • We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or UK public holidays.

  • During busy seasonal periods, slight delays may occur, but we will always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

We use reliable Royal Mail services to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time. Delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout.


3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: Usually 1–2 working days

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: Usually 2–4 working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked Services: As per Royal Mail tracking updates

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once your parcel is handed to Royal Mail, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your chosen Royal Mail service.

Any free shipping offers or promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace items that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


6. Tracking Information

If your selected service includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail tracking updates will show your order’s progress.


7. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until:

  • 10 working days after the expected delivery date (UK)

If your order appears delayed, please allow the full timeframe before contacting us.

We will assist in opening an investigation with Royal Mail if required.


8. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs of:

  • The packaging

  • The damaged item

  • Your order details

This allows us to assess the issue and provide assistance.
